PROCESS

  • 01 - CONCEPT & IDENTITY

    Aligning on the Brand’s visual and thematic elements and lock down the overall vision of the project.

  • 02 - DESIGN EXPLORATION

    Creation of initial designs and iterations in CAD form. Fabric, construction, fit, logos, and trims will be explored.

  • 03 - TECH PACKS

    Once design CADs are confirmed, we will begin Factory-Ready Tech Packs.

  • 04 - DEVELOPMENT

    Overseeing the sample management process and sourcing.

  • 05 - PRODUCTION

    Overseeing the production process and ensure products are delivered.

  • 06 - PASSIVE

    Constant communication with the Factory. Revisions and updates made throughout the entire process.
